Energy Balls Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup nuts and/or seeds (whatever you have lying about)

1 cup medjool dates (I get them here)

1/4 cup cocoa powder

Optional Extras (choose one only)

1 Tablespoon Maca Powder

1 Tablespoon Green Tea Powder

1 Tablespoon SuperGreens powder

Method

1 Throw the nuts/seeds in the food processor.  Process until finely ground.

2 De stone the dates​

3 Add all the other ingredients, including the dates, to the food processor bowl

4 Process until everything sticks together - this will take about 5 minutes

5 Using a soup spoon (it's round - if you don't have one, use a desert spoon) take the mixture out by flat spoonful and roll into balls.

6 Store covered in the fridge - they last for several days if you don't eat them first!
