EFT Tapping | What is EFT Tapping And How We Can Use This Tool Together

Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT tapping) is a form of acupressure where specific points on the face and upper body are stimulated by tapping on them with the fingertips while tuning in to your issues. Like an emotional form of Acupuncture but without the needles, EFT often works when nothing else can.

Meridian points are used in EFT tapping. The meridian map of the body can be compared to a great system of rivers. When one of the rivers is blocked, the others are all affected. This can result in anxiety, pain, stress symptoms and/or chronic physical and emotional conditions that seem to defy all medical treatment. By addressing the cause of such blocks by tuning in to specific events while stimulating specific meridian points, they can be released - sometimes remarkably quickly!

EFT tapping work with me can give you what you need to move forward in life, rather than being stuck in the past. It may seem bit odd to begin with, but most people find that they are more than happy with the results!
