Everyone complains sometimes - this is part of the process of working out what we don't want and understanding what we do want.

However,  focusing on what you don't want in your life just brings you more of that.  Did you notice?  Yup.  That's you, creating more of what you don't want, over and over.

Of course your life isn't perfect right now.  But it can be - you can choose to create more of what you want and less of what you don't want.  All you have to do is change your mind.

Sounds simple, doesn't it?  All you have to do is change your mind.

How do you change your mind, though?  Surely your life is what it is and there's no changing that.

Peter Stringfellow is an international nightclub owner, entrepreneur and businessman. He's got it all going for him.

He came from a humble background, left school at 15 and at age 22 was convicted of a criminal offence.

  4. Align: when you're aligned with what you want, you not only get it, but you also enjoy the journey to it!
  5. Receive: receive what you want and enjoy the having of it
